THE STUDIO.
As you step into the Run Athletic studio, you will be transported to a dark and moody space, with vibrant overhead coloured lighting to create a high energy atmosphere. Fitted out with Technogym Treadmills and Technogym Benches, this studio has been designed to set you up for success.
STUDIO CLASSES.
Move between high intensity cardio training on the Technogym Treadmill, before switching to the Technogym Bench, for strength and conditioning. Increase your metabolic rate and burn calories effectively in our high energy classes.

This class is about fast, high-intensity efforts that focus on getting you faster. There is a focus on speed with shorter efforts and on Monday’s there is a lower body strength focus and an upper body focus on Thursdays.

This class focuses on strength endurance. Sleds will feature at heavier weights to challenge your legs and you will find more frequent and higher gradients to increase your overall capacity. Tuesdays has an upper body strength focus and Fridays is lower body for a deeper burn.

Wednesday’s run challenge is a hybrid session that focuses on full body strength and a combination of shorter sprints, longer efforts and a mix that can include both the sled and parachute features.
