Yin yoga
Our Yin classes offer long holds giving you a chance to marinate in stillness. When you allow yourself to stay present and experience the near-imperceptible shifts that occur while holding a yin posture, time opens up. Deadlines, commitments, pressing matters, and to-do lists fade to the background, leaving tremendous space for rest and renewal.
Meditation
Unwind, shut out the world and learn to be unbothered. The objective of this class is to decrease stress, reduce anxiety and allow you to be more optimistic and more focused by making meditation easy and convenient for you to complete. In this class, you will undertake a regenerative, restorative meditation session where you will calm your mind, control your thoughts and find inner peace and balance.
Mat pilates
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition your entire body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. This Pilates class takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system.
Transform your body with this fast-paced class that intensively strengthens and sculpts your core. Targeted exercises improve core stability, posture and alignment, leaving you feeling balanced and powerful.
Conditioning
Boost stamina, agility and muscle strength through dynamic full-body exercises. This challenging session targets all major muscle groups, leaving you feeling stronger and energised.
Revive
A slower paced class designed to establish a strong fundamental foundation rooted in the key principles of Pilates. This class gives you the space to focus on alignment and feel each muscle group strengthen and stabilise.

Ignite
Take strength and cardio, 50:50 and you will IGNITE your session. Be prepared to challenge your energy systems as well as your muscles in this total body workout.
Wod
The WOD is the lucky dip of your instructors imagination of developing a workout that will take your body to places that maybe it hasn’t been to for a while or ever! Get prepared to smash your goals in this class.
Lift
The premier strength session of your week. Get stronger and challenge yourself as programming will include progressive overload and focus upon specific exercises across four week blocks. Push yourself to break plateaus and reach new levels in StudioONE.
Burn
Strength requires endurance and muscle benefits from metabolic conditioning. A faster paced resistance workout with variety and the ability to get your heart rate up while you increase your strength and work on any weaknesses.
Athletica
Cardiovascular training across a variety of machines designed to boost your capacity. Row, ski and ride your way into the red zone as you consolidate an aerobic base to heighten your anaerobic potential. This is your engine builder, for both physical and mental toughness.
This class is about fast, high-intensity efforts that focus on getting you faster. There is a focus on speed with shorter efforts and on Monday’s there is a lower body strength focus and an upper body focus on Thursdays.
Afterburn
This class focuses on strength endurance. Sleds will feature at heavier weights to challenge your legs and you will find more frequent and higher gradients to increase your overall capacity. Tuesdays has an upper body strength focus and Fridays is lower body for a deeper burn.
Shred
Wednesday’s run challenge is a hybrid session that focuses on full body strength and a combination of shorter sprints, longer efforts and a mix that can include both the sled and parachute features.
Weekend class
Item Our weekend Run Athletic classes are ten minutes longer than the weekday sessions, which means you will cover more distance and burn more calories. These hybrid workouts combine flat sprints and incline runs to boost your endurance, speed, and overall running performance.description
