Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic, breath-led flow that builds awareness, moves seamlessly through energising sequences toward a targeted peak or opening, and concludes with a quiet, restorative savasana.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. It works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, the fascia as well as helps to calm the mind.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha classes focus on mindful breath and spinal movement, use music and lighting to match energy, provide clear alignment cues, progress at a slow, deliberate pace with longer holds, and conclude with at least five minutes of silent savasana for full relaxation.
Mat Pilates
A blend of strength and flexibility training to improve posture, reduce stress and create long, lean muscles.

Reformer
Sculpt
A fast-paced class designed to tone, strengthen, and sculpt your physique while enhancing core stability. This dynamic session focuses on targeted movements that improve posture and body alignment, helping you feel confident and balanced in every aspect of life. Intensity 8/10.
Conditioning
Transform your body in our Conditioning Reformer class, enhancing your stamina and agility. This dynamic session focuses on building muscle strength, increasing endurance, and boosting overall fitness. Intensity 8/10.
Revive
Revive is a slower paced class designed to establish a strong fundamental foundation rooted in the key principles of Pilates: This class gives you space to focus on alignment and feel each muscle group strengthen and stabilise as you move through your practice. Intensity 6-7/10.

Hiit
Ignite
Combines strength and cardio, varies weekly with different workout formats, full body workout. Suitable for those who can’t attend more than two HIIT classes a week and those who want to get stronger and fitter.
WOD
45min Saturday sweat session, challenging but welcoming workout that can cater for all fitness levels. Weights and cardio, slight emphasis on cardio and calorie burn.
WOD+
45min Sunday morning, hybrid offering with a slight shift towards strength along with the cardio.
Cardio Athletica
Conditioning focus featuring Ski, BikeERG, Row and Assault Bike. 3 or 4 rounds of conditioning to build aerobic capacity and sprints. Sometimes includes core work.
Cardio 02
A combination of cardio machines, bodyweight exercises, free weights and plyometrics. Can include power and core. Fast paced with regressions available to accommodate all levels.
Strength Burn
Functional strength circuit, with rotating formats. More variety and a quicker pace than Lift.

Run
Shred
Hybrid session, involving a combination of shorter and longer sets, sled and/or parachute too.
Afterburner
Focuses on strength and endurance, hills and sleds, and longer running efforts to strengthen legs and increase capacity.
Bolt
Focuses on speed and sprints, shorter run sets under a minute in duration, no inclines higher than 5%, mostly flat
WOD+
45 min hybrid, aimed towards some aerobic capacity combined with sprint efforts.
Super Saturday
45 min hybrid, aimed towards more time spent running with less rest breaks between sets.

Led by one of our skilled cycling trainers, this 30 minute cycling class is set in pursuit of fitness, endurance, stamina and sweat. Using the IC7 coach by colour methods, you will measure and experience your fitness levels soar.
