1. Book at reception, or scan in during staffed hours — we’ll find a slot that fits your session.
2. Step on the scanner — bare feet, hands on the grips, breathe normally. The scan itself takes under a minute.
3. Sit down with our team and walk through your results — what’s working, what to
change, and what to track over the next four to twelve weeks.
We recommend re-scanning every 4–8 weeks. That’s the sweet spot for seeing meaningful change
without obsessing over short-term fluctuations.
