2.1 To participate as a Referrer, a member must hold a current direct debit membership (any type) or a 12 month pre-paid membership.
2.2 All other membership types are ineligible for this Program, including casual visits, multi-visit passes and packs, 1, 3 and 6 month pre-paid memberships, and complimentary, trial or sponsored memberships.
2.3 There is no limit on the number of Referred Members a Referrer may refer.
2.4 Eligible members can access their Referral Code and referral link by logging into the FIT Member App and selecting the Refer a Friend button.
3.1 The Referred Member must not hold a current FIT membership at the time of joining. Former members are welcome to rejoin through this Program.
3.2 The Referred Member must join online on an eligible annual membership type, with the Referral Code applied at the time of joining, either via the Referrer's referral link or by entering the code in the Discount Code field during the online joining process. Referral Codes cannot be applied to in-club joins.
3.3 Referral Codes cannot be applied retrospectively. If the code is not applied at the time of joining, no Referrer Reward or Referee Reward will apply.
3.4 The Referred Member's membership is subject to FIT's standard membership terms and conditions, including any applicable minimum term and direct debit terms.
3.5 Any joining fee applicable at the time of joining is payable in full and is not reduced by the Referee Reward.
4.1 The Referred Member receives the Referee Reward of 50% off membership fees per billing cycle for the Promotional Period. The discount applies to membership fees only.
4.2 If the Referred Member suspends their membership during the Promotional Period, any unused portion of the Referee Reward may be forfeited. The Referee Reward does not extend beyond the Promotional Period for any reason, including suspension.
4.3 The Referrer receives the Referrer Reward of a $100 FIT credit, applied after the Reward Delay, provided the Referred Member's membership has not been cancelled during that period.
4.4 The Referrer Reward is applied as a credit toward future membership charges for direct debit members, or as a discount off the next 12 month pre-paid membership for 12 month pre-paid members.
4.5 The Referrer must hold an active FIT membership at the time the Referrer Reward is distributed. Rewards will not be applied to cancelled memberships.
4.6 Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and are not transferable.
4.7 The Referral Code cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotional code unless expressly permitted by FIT in writing.
4.8 Each Referred Member may be referred by one Referrer only, being the member whose Referral Code is applied at the time of joining. Each successful referral results in one Referee Reward and one Referrer Reward only. Rewards cannot be split or shared between members.
5.1 FIT reserves the right to determine eligibility, resolve disputes, and make final decisions on all matters relating to this Program, including Rewards, the Reward Delay and the Promotional Period.
5.2 FIT may amend, suspend or withdraw this Program at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect Rewards already earned at the date of the change.
5.3 FIT may revoke Rewards, suspend eligibility, or permanently remove a member from the Program where FIT reasonably considers the Program has been misused or abused.
