TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO FIT LANE COVE

  1. Temporary Membership may be cancelled by the management if rules are not adhered to, behaviour not acceptable or any other reason management deems appropriate.
  2. In consideration of the gym owners, FIT Lane Cove Pty Ltd, allowing access to the gym, the temporary member hereby releases and forever acquits and discharges the owners, their servants, and the agents of all liability, whether personal or to property occasioned to the temporary member's care or control, no matter how so occasioned in the gym.
  3. This Temporary Membership is valid for one entry only on the date signed.
  4. I hereby acknowledge that I use the gym and all equipment at my own risk.
  5. I acknowledge and accept the above conditions.
