Our flagship club - Chatswood, spans over two luxurious floors, where every element in every space has been curated with intention and purpose to elevate, inspire and achieve.

Located in the brand new Chatswood Chase on levels two and three. You’ll immerse yourself in all elements of health and wellbeing including fitness, strength, recovery, mindfulness and relaxation. This is a true health club experience.

Reformer

Redefining Pilates Reformer in the health club space, FIT Chatswood’s three dedicated Reformer studios each have its own unique style and energy with signature classes offering an entire suite of strength, intention, performance and presence. Each studio features top of the line reformer beds, towers and Exo Chairs to elevate your Reformer experience.

Exhale

Two Exhale studios, designed to give different sensory experiences. Whether you’re in a Vinyasa flow or strengthening your core in mat Pilates, our Exhale studios allow you to settle into your practice in a purposefully curated space.

Nurture, Wellness, Recovery

An oasis spanning two levels with wellness, relaxation and recovery at the forefront. Engage in hot and cold therapies, including cold plunges, ice baths, magnesium plunges, infrared sauna, traditional sauna and steam.

Each of our seven studios has its own distinct identity, thoughtfully designed to inspire, challenge, and reward. Like our members, every studio has a personality and purpose. From our HIIT & RUN studios to our Reformer and Exhale, you will have access to over 350 classes per week, offering flexibility and variety. We encourage you to explore new classes and experiences within each of our studio spaces.
