A new locker system, designed for your convenience and security. 

This new locker system offers a seamless and hassle-free experience. With easy access, you can now reserve, open, extend and share your locker from your phone. Simply follow the steps below to learn how to login and access your locker, and enjoy the flexibility and convenience our new system provides.

  • You can download the Metra+ app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). Search for "Metra+" and follow the installation prompts. Make sure to register using the same email you provided us when joining FIT Lane Cove.

  • Once installed, open the app and select 'Login'. Enter the login credentials you just created using your registered email.

  • To reserve a locker, log into the app, select 'Available Lockers', choose your desired locker, and confirm your reservation. The locker will be assigned to you for the selected duration.

  • Once you've reserved a locker, go to the locker room and open the app. Select the 'Unlock' button next to your reserved locker. The locker will automatically unlock via Bluetooth.

  • Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. If you're still unable to access the locker, try restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact a concierge member for assistance.

  • Yes, you can change lockers. Simply go back into the app, release your current locker by selecting 'End Reservation', and then choose another available locker.

  • The Metra+ system automatically locks the locker after a period of inactivity. However, always double-check by selecting 'Lock' in the app to ensure your items are secure.
