Our concierge team are our FIT brand ambassadors. They are passionate about health and fitness, exciting others by encouraging their potential and they are the first point of contact for enquiries, complaints and questions. The Concierge Team ensures that exceptional customer service is delivered to every visitor to the club, allowing lasting relationships to be built with both prospective and current members.
As experts of all of the club’s amenities, features and programs, the concierge team are responsible for assisting prospective members begin their journey with us, managing new membership sign ups and updating existing members.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Friendly and approachable with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Able to prioritise work, handle pressure and take confident day-to-day decisions.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and behaviour.
- First Aid Certification.
